"You have the heart of the Master Shepherd which conveys His precious love to His people. I have tasted this love in your prayers, I have experienced this love in your serving, and I have seen this love inyour vision for what the Body of Christ can be.
The preciousness of God's heart is evident in who you are. I also have experienced a man of great passion, passion for the lost, passion for discipleship, passion in serving the purposes of your pastors. That passion has always warmed my heart.
I know that when we go to prayer, these embers of your petitions are going to ignite my heart. 'The embers of your praers' illuminate the Father and His purposes.' I have seen God's favor on your life and those things your hand touched. Thank you for your life. Thank you for your passion. Thank you for your obedience." To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to recommend to you Rev. Angelo Cabrera. I have known him for nearly twenty years. He was a student in the pastoral ministries program at Southern California College (now Vanguard University ) when I taught there. We have continued our relationship through the years as he has served at New Life Outreach in Richmond , Virginia . It has been my privilege to minister at New Life Outreach on a number of occasions and he has demonstrated an ever-emerging maturity as a Spirit-filled leader and has seen tremendous ministry opportunism develop and grow.
It has come as no surprise that Angelo and his family would launch into the unknown, directed by the Spirit and be obedient to the call of God on their lives to serve in Ghana , West Africa . Angelo is simply living out his persistent pattern of following Jesus faithfully and being sensitive to the direction that the Spirit would lead. This is no fanciful foray onto the African Continent. Angelo Cabrera is a seasoned leader who knows that the future God has directed will not be easy. Angelo also knows that the center of God’s will is the place where God’s blessing will be obvious.
For over 20 years I have watched as a young man studied hard to prepare himself for ministry; I’ve seen him grow through the challenges of being a young leader and I’ve seen him mature into a seasoned pastor whose next chapter of ministry takes him into some uncharted waters. But Angelo Cabrera is ready for this future. He has listened to God faithfully and the result is a challenging assignment that God will empower for His honor and glory.
I would encourage your investment in The Cabrera Family. Your funding of this ministry will certainly reap Kingdom rewards. Support for the Cabreras is not a matter of taking a chance; this is about being stewards of an opportunity to advance Christ’s Kingdom throughout Ghana and all West Africa .
Without reservations and with wholehearted enthusiasm, I commend to you the Angelo Cabrera family. May God be glorified in their ministry in years to come.
Cordially,
